If you are placed on an assignment through Yorkson Legal, you will be asked to fill out a variety of employment forms including a W-4 for tax withholding purposes, and an I-9 to verify your eligibility to work. As your employer, we will withhold federal, state and city taxes, and pay the required social security, Medicare, unemployment insurance, disability insurance, & Worker’s Compensation. Once you qualify, you will also be eligible for our consultant benefits.
